Collect-in-Store option is subject to the stock availability at our store. You could make arrangements by dropping us a call for same day pick-up, or pick-up at a later date during the opening time of our store:

If you change your mind after your purchase and would like us to take care of your delivery instead, you may still top up the delivery fee to have delivery arranged. Simply drop us an email at hey@urbanoasisdecor.sg to make the necessary arrangements.

Delivery

We take pride in our handcrafted products and we will do our best to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time and in the best condition. All our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by third-party professionals. However, occasional unforeseen circumstances may occur, which are beyond our control, and we seek your understanding.

We offer free delivery and installation services for orders above $120. For orders below $120, installation services are excluded, and a delivery fee of $15 will apply.

Important: It is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website. Additional charges may apply for carry-up service and disposal.

FAQ

It is advised to check the condition of all items before accepting the delivery. In receiving the delivery, you acknowledge that the items are in good condition and not faulty or damaged. Should you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please take a photo of the damages along with the order invoice and email to our customer service at hey@urbanoasisdecor.sg on the same day of delivery to initiate a return for refund or replacement. Our customer service team will respond to you within 1-2 working days. Returns or exchange are subjected to a case-by-case basis. A carry-up service is required when the delivery location is above ground floor without direct, unobstructed lift access. This is inclusive of carrying furniture up flights of stairs in apartments and landed properties. The incurred additional charge is $20 per flight of stairs to compensate the delivery team for the added complexity of navigating stairs with heavy items.

If you require the delivery team to assist in the disposal of old furniture, you may do so by negotiating with them directly. As we engage third-party delivery services, we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. It is entirely at your own risk and discretion to make the arrangements with them. NESHPALS PTE. LTD. (Urban Oasis Decor) reserves the right to reject any services and deliveries due to hazardous situations.

If you have provided an incorrect delivery address during checkout, please email your invoice number and the correct information to hey@urbanoasisdecor.sg as soon as possible. We are only able to make changes without a charge if your order has not yet been scheduled.

In the event the delivery is made to the incorrect address provided, the order will be delivered back to our store. Our care department will contact you to make the necessary arrangements for the next delivery date available. Take note that a redelivery charge may apply.

Our standard delivery is within 3-5 days upon order confirmation to your doorstep. On the day of delivery, you will receive a call or an SMS from our delivery partners. If you are unable to receive your items on the day of delivery, you may instruct the delivery partner to leave your delivery package(s) at your doorstep at your own risk.

Alternatively, if you are unable to accept the delivery and would like to reschedule it, you can do so 2 days prior to the original delivery date. Simply drop us an email at hey@urbanoasisdecor.sg including your invoice number and contact details for us to make the necessary arrangements for the next delivery date.

In the event of unforeseen delays especially due to peak periods, do expect deliveries to be made in 7-10 days. Should you require an urgent delivery, you may arrange your own pick-up service and notify us of the arrangements. Kindly contact our customer service team at hey@urbanoasisdecor.sg for any inquiries regarding your order.
